There is something nefarious going on in 1966 Monte Carlo. The extravagant casino owner Gerard Legrand has been charged with human trafficking.

 

But with money and connections he walks free after a sham trial.

 

That’s more than a few secretive judges and some exmilitary special operations soldgers can bear. With a taste for revenge and a desire for justice the team will go to extreems to capture the man that has the police and government in his pocket .
